About This Program
Put on your lab coat and get ready for a culinary summer with STEM Velocity! Each day campers will dive into the science of food with activities that will get your tastebuds watering and quench your thirst for knowledge! Themes include: study Cheese and the Science of Dairy, Molecular Gastronomy, explore the Maillard Reaction in Marvelous Proteins, and much more. We will also cover nutrition, preparation techniques, lab safety, and food safety.

This camp has a particular focus on science and culinary arts. STEM Velocity utilizes quality resources during multiple hands-on activities helping children acquire essential 21st century skills.
